1 Appointments To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. We always make every effort to see each appointment on time. For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him with us for a few hours or until the end of the day. You can discuss the results of your pet’s exam either by phone or when you pick your pet up later that day. Cancellations If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide 24 hour notice whenever possible so that we may use that time to assist another client's pet. Arrival Policy For you, your pets protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. All other animals must be in an appropriate carrier or housing. Payment We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. Privacy For Pets’ Sake Veterinary Clinic, Inc. recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients, its patients and those individuals who visit our site. We do not give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses. No information will be disclosed to outside parties from us or our web site hosting company. Your privacy is also protected in our hospital. At no time is any information given out about the client or the pet without the consent of the owner.
